The most common cause of this issue is that some of the older accounts were given an IP address (a number separated by 3 dots) to log in to. This is fine, except when we have to change the server you're on (as happens from time to time as servers do sometimes fail), if we do change the server you're on the address to the control panel changes. However, if you use your domain name instead of the IP address, it doesn't matter if the server you're on is migrated as your control panel will still work.
