Why won't my password work?

Passwords are case sensitive, so please be careful when typing these in.

If you are copying and pasting your password in, sometimes there can be additional spaces copied before or after the password.  Please ensure that no spaces are being pasted.

If you need your password resetting, you can click on 'Request a password reminder' from the Client Area screen, and the password will be emailed to your registered email address.
